BYBY Cosmetic produces natural and plant-based skin products.
Their website was newly published, but no sales and marketing strategy had been established. The company was looking into creating the right sales and marketing strategies to be implemented on its website. My main focus was increasing awareness and driving consumers to the website through paid social, organic social, and email.
The company was also looking into establishing its brand identity and story. We carefully defined the brand’s identity and I combined the brand's identity with its story and relaunched the brand with a promotional video.
In terms of all the efforts, the company saw a 3,22% lift in conversation rate, a 25% lift in new customer reach, and doubled their monthly revenue in 3 months. Their newsletter subscriber count also increased by 15%, and quickly became a new revenue stream with a 1,93% conversation rate in 3 months.

Brand’s mission and the story were to remind customers of this miraculous secret of nature, to carry its healing power to their home, and to allow them to spend time for themselves and their skin with pleasure every day. The promo video was written and produced by me.
